Tomorrow is a brand new start of a month and I am going to get on it as hard as I can. I finally feel a lot better and hopefully will stay that way so that I can continue with weight lost. Admittedly my weight has gone up and down for the past three months since my mom has died but on the bright side I have not gained any of the weight I lost...I just keep yo-yoing within 5 lbs. And darn it that goal I hit last week was just a fleeting thing....but boy it was nice to see even for a couple of days and knowing I can do it.
So. Even though I am going to officially restart it all tomorrow, I have been pretty good today (well, ok, let's not count my Starbucks) and have had popcorn for lunch (not the most nutritious of lunches I know) and have really been trying to up the intake of water. So far I have drank about 34 ounces and I am going to try and drink another bottle (17oz) before I go home. And I am actually going to get a tiny bit of exercise in by walking to the train station, which is only 1/4 mile or so from here. Then too I could just get on the treadmill when I get home since I will be home earlier than usual. Hmmm.... For dinner I am having a salad with leftover steak from last night...and then try not to have oatmeal cookies later. Can't promise that, but I do have until tomorrow.
So once again, here we go.....
