Uhhh......

I weighed myself this morning and let's just say it wasn't good and I gained instead of lost.  And I know why of course...for the past few days I really haven't ate healthy and I've had cake and no exercise and not drinking much water, etc. 


(And the Hector tells me he lost 10 lbs this past week...geez...)


So. 


No more cake. (Better have Sean Michael hide it from me.) Drink more water. (I brought in 6 bottles to work with me.) Oatmeal for lunch. (I forgot to bring in salad.) Orange for snack. (No sweets.)  Salad for dinner with maybe a little chicken. 


Must. Get. On. Treadmill. MUST!!!
